Isaiah Falls Chicago reviews
Trombone Shortie was amazing
I found out about the Trombone Shortie concert on the website. Dave Matthews was great as expected, but I wasn't sure what to expect from Trombone Shortie and Orleans Ave. after only seeing them on Austin City Limits. Their new CD, Backatown, is fantastic - they're not just studio musicians. Their music makes you listen for particular chords in the background that you want to hear again. They have their own rare unique sound today. They are young men with mature spirits. I hope to see Trombone Shortie and Orleans Ave. again, they put on a great show. I was there with my son, who took his mom to the concert. So did he, and I really enjoyed it.
